Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on 9/4/2019 found that Caresense Home Care had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirement of Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced state licensure survey completed on 7/23/2019.
